She has years of experience and understands the development and nature of political consulting, in the United States. Although her most important role is the development and production of mass media awareness; she also believes in holding elected officials accountable for their communities. She is working to build the Urban Game Changers brand across the country via television and social media outlets in hopes to see RESULTS.
Shirley has the ability to change the emotions of those who will listen by informing them of the current affairs that are going on in their communities. She also understands the importance of having discourse and interpersonal communication in urban communities. She uses several components like: motivational speaking, leadership/personal development, community activism, building relationships with small business owners, developing street credibility with the help of large groups such as: The Urban League and national urban business roundtable groups that help with mass communication.
TV Host / Moderator at the Events
As the CEO of Story.com and Urban Game Changers (UGC), Shirley's mission is to enlighten and connect with officials and citizens in urban communities. She plans to use her company, Urban Game Changers as a format because it is a compilation of various political groups of Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, and Independents who are all seeking to have their voices heard and positive changes in their communities.
People will be empowered by incorporating conservative rooted views and return to the constitutional values that our nation was founded upon. After 30 – 40 years of mismanagement in inner city communities, there is a huge need for politic-centered crisis management. It seems like there is no end in sight to the destruction of individual political parties; UGC has a plan to build rapidly-growing community organizations by connecting with active community empowered groups.
